I work with agents to create a business model that brings clarity, consistency, and balance. Hi, I’m Tyra Amaya — a Productivity Coach and Real Estate Professional based in Western Colorado. Since stepping into real estate in 2021, I’ve been passionate about helping others build strong, sustainable businesses through intentional habits, mindset work, and systems that actually work.
I currently serve as the Productivity Coach at Keller Williams Colorado West Realty, where I guide agents through lead generation, business planning, and personal development to grow their confidence and production to build and grow their businesses.
I’m also a KW Wellness Community Ambassador and the Founder of KW Yoga, a wellness initiative launched in June 2024 under KW Wellness — a KWRI-approved community that supports agents through movement, mindfulness, and connection. My approach to coaching blends business strategy with wellness, because I believe our success starts with how we care for ourselves.
In addition to my coaching and real estate experience, I hold designations including Certified Negotiation Expert and At Home With Diversity, and I’m a Certified Equity and Inclusion Agent through Keller Williams.

Hey! I’m Ian Gallegos. I got licensed in real estate around 2014 after attending Mesa State College and Metro State University. My wife and I bought our first little townhome in 2015 and started our family welcoming a baby boy in 2016 and only 15 months later we welcomed a beautiful baby girl. We shortly outgrew our home and had the opportunity to purchase our dream home in 2019. It needed a COMPLETE remodel and it was intimidating and scary. We received a lot of help from family and we were fortunate enough to move in around 2021. The same year we purchased our first investment property with a partner and our goal is to build a real estate portfolio. My experience has taught me about the opportunity that real estate can provide and the financial freedom it can create. I study the market and trends every day so that i can help you make the best financial decision and decide what opportunities make sense for you! I look forward to the opportunity to work for you.
